Indeed, sad that after such a hard and long battle, he lost. But, alas, we all die one day. He did not let it get him down and he fought every day, which is extremely commendable. Personally, if I die, I want to die fighting. He died a good death in my book - fighting hard and making the best of his remaining days. Many may not appreciate this opinion, but it is how I feel. He was taken too early, but he made the best of it.

His mother is a very strong & caring woman. It will be a hard time for them.

RIP.

DeltaEagle. The one we all worried about when he played. But I think what we overlooked was his drive and determination to prove that yes he was down but not out. As red stated, he made the best of the end. It takes a lot of courage and love of our sport to come out with his ailments. Much love and respect for that in my book. RIP DeltaEagle.
